Hatha Yoga Class with Nic Moy. 

Friendly and inclusive style, suitable for beginners and those with some experience. Exploring sustainable, mindful movements, postures and sequences based in the Hatha Yoga tradition. Strength, flexibility and mobility through a practice where movement becomes the meditation is a theme of this class. A focus on breathing exercises, relaxation, meditation and aspects of yoga philosophy are also woven into the class.
