Ayurvedic Therapist & Meditation Practitioner

Offering Ayurvedic therapeutic treatments to reconnect but also heal mind, body and spirit. Before any new ayurvedic treatment I like to do an ayurvedic consultation in order to find out which Dosha you are. This allows me to enhance your treatment to the fullest - taking into account the pressure I apply, which style of treatment is suitable, what essential oils and scents to use throughout the treatment and how warm to have the room.

I have recently completed my Meditation Practitioner qualification and cannot wait to guide you all on your meditation journeys.

NICOLA MOY

Yoga Instructor

Bringing a friendly and inclusive style of yoga to the studio, suitable for beginners and those with some level of experience. I love to explore and play with movement and my classes feature sustainable, mindful movements, postures and sequences based in Hatha Yoga tradition.

Strength, flexibility and mobility through a practise where movement becomes the meditation. A focus on breathing exercises, relaxation, meditation and aspects of yoga philosophy are all woven into my classes.

My aim is to guide all students to make a positive contribution to their health and wellbeing through yoga.

LISA RANDALL

Pilates Instructor

Level 3modern Pilates instructor and also an occupational therapist with the NHS. 
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on good posture through a combination of concentration and control to promote strength and flexibility. The main prinicple being that the core muscles are the foundation of movement.
My class focuses on each individual working at their own personal level which makes it suitable for beginners as well as those with some level of experience.

Kundalini Yoga Instructor

As you practice Kundalini yoga, you grow, you shed old behaviours, old attitudes, and self-destructive habits, gaining new perspectives, capacities, and habits that support your soul.

We have the opportunity to enter a different state of mind – a neutral place where we are not drawn into thoughts of judgement or comparison, a sacred space of Sat Nam, where we access our authentic Truth.

My class is a beautiful practice of Kundalini Yoga, using movement, postures, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and mantra, bringing the mind, body and soul back into a state of harmony.

NICOLA WORTH

Yoga Instructor

My passion is to practice and teach yoga and to pass on my love for this to other people.  I teach a combination of Hatha and Flow yoga together so that during our practice we stretch and move the body in ways to create both energy and relaxation within us. 


I have been doing yoga for over 15 years and decided to train as a yoga instructor in 2019 so that I could share the benefits of yoga to others.  Nothing gives me more pleasure than putting classes together to share with others, leaving them with a feeling of peace and contentment that yoga brings me.


I enjoy studying anatomy, and incorporate moves in to my classes that draw attention to areas of the body where a lot of us carry tension and tightness to help with the release of this. 


If you love yoga, or even if you just want to give it a try, i could not recommend it enough for your body, health and well being.
