Welcome to the March edition of "Self Care Sunday"
4 delicious hours dedicated to you!
In this workshop we are going to explore various mindful activities contributing to your own self care. The focus being drawn to the activity at hand rather than all the other things we have to think about from day to day thus slowing down the mind and relaxing the body. Allow yourself these few hours to devote solely to you. Refilling that cup of energy that is very easily given out to everyone and everything else that requires your attention.
This month we will be welcoming in the Spring with some "Spring Wreath Making" using dried /artificial flowers and foliage, ribbons and lots of little additions to make it uniquely your style. If there is anything in-particular you'd like to add to your wreath - please bring it along with you.
The combination of a delicious hearty, healthy lunch, mindful activities throughout, getting your creativity flowing, guided meditations and this time just for you should be just what you need to refuel and reconnect.
We will start and finish our workshop with guided meditations, self massage and mindful stretching to really settle the body into deep relaxation and ground you again before heading home (after a delicious slice of cake as standard)
Everything you need for the workshop is provided just bring yourself, comfy clothes and fluffy socks are an absolute must ☺️
