Join us on Sunday 23rd February for a really “Feel-Good” workshop based solely around self care and self love 🤍
4 delicious hours dedicated to you!
In this workshop we are going to create a self-care kit to take home with you for those times when you need a little self love, a boost, a reminder of how amazing you are and actually how to release those endorphins that make you feel good right down to your core - along with a delicious hearty, healthy lunch, mindfulness activities throughout, creativity flowing, meditations and this time, an extra special treat, a restorative yoga session from the fabulous Nic Moy Yoga 🧘🏽♀️ all finished off with a scrummy slice of cake!
